Because only ticketed passengers are allowed in
the gate area, we provide the following options for arrivals:
Tampa Airport Ground Transportation, in its effort to
relieve the congestion on the arriving lanes, has designated those lanes as
"active loading only". Due to this decision, it is no longer possible to
wait for our passengers in the arriving lanes. Your chauffeur will stage
your vehicle in a "cell lot" until you are ready at curbside with your
luggage. You will need to contact our office when ready at 866-238-8038.
Please do not leave the airport.
The chauffeur will be parked in the parking garage. He/She
will be standing at the bottom of the escalator into the baggage claim area,
with a sign with your name on it. Once the chauffeur makes contact with you,
they will then get the vehicle and bring it around to the curbside area for
loading. These are an additional $10.00 plus the parking charges.
If you are arriving at Tampa Airport and are part of a
group, your chauffeur may be driving a mini-bus. The mini-bus parking is
located on both the North and South ends of the baggage claim areas. These
are called "Quads", although the signs will read "Courtesy Van and Limousines".
You will need to go to the end closest to your baggage claim carousel.
The chauffeur and plainly marked bus will be visible once outside of the
baggage claim doors. If you do not see your vehicle or chauffeur, please
do not leave the airport. Call our toll-free number at 866-238-8038.
Our chauffeurs are professional and very good at what they do. Please, if
you do not see your chauffeur, do not leave or walk around the airport
trying to locate them. The chauffeur will be looking for you and highly
motivated to contact you but may be hampered by the present circumstances.

and the dispatcher will confirm the location of your driver.
